usdl-core:includes vs gr:includes #49

There is gr:includes which is exactly the same, only defined at the upper-level (which we subclass anyway)

On closer inspection what we intend is not properly captured by adding a subproperty of gr:includes. This is supposed to include just 1 item.

I believe that we need to keep our includes as a separate property with 1..* services.

I didn't notice that.

For bundling of different items in one offering they use the gr:includesObject and gr:TypeAndQuantityNode. On the one hand it seems very product specific and unnecessary complex for services,
