STUB: UC: Organizing train of ideas

For some people, organizing ideas and keeping in mind what's relevant to the context is hard. For both when writing, and when reading.

How can we allow focus on one thing at a time, and optionally create relationships to reconstruct train of thought.

Would be useful for:

• when studying and capture detailed observed relationships between publications
• when writing a document to organize in small units ideas
• when a concept has many overlaps, how to filter out only subset of criteria

See if it aligns with:
