Allow user to hide elements from view #401

For certain items/components/placeholders/widgets, e.g., https://github.com/linkeddata/dokieli/issues/110 , or a selection of text (while in edit mode), the user may not want them visible (so, hiding with CSS) but still be accessible when in edit mode as well as remaining machine-readable.
