It seems that you've been using the Github releases as a change log. I don't think it makes sense to also keep https://github.com/linkedin-developers/linkedin-api-python-client/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md unless you want to use it e.g. in some docs or in other places where you can't directly use the Github release notes. The docs for this packages are currently just written in the README.md, so I don't see any need to also maintain CHANGELOG.md, which, btw, is outdated
