Add recommendations webservices #32

On branch update-web-services, add your updated web services in the web_services/components/recommendations folder

Our model for the User does not contain the attribute profilePictureURL. shall I add it to our model or remove it from here?

If it's not there we should add it in the recommendations webservice "imageUrl": "String"
