Move various content from Readme (and potentially other places) into a good "Getting Started with CSS Blocks" guide. This may involve breaking it up into one for the project and separate content for Ember/etc. Goal is to provide only enough architecture and detail to allow people to get started!
The Ember documentation has some great examples of this. Doesn't have to be comprehensive, but should be a good initial guide, and beginner friendly.
