This also bumped the minSdk version to 14 in dexmaker*-tests/build.gradle because local run in Android Studio raised the error if not doing so:

This also bumped the minSdk version to 9 dexmaker-mockito-inline-extended/build.gradle because Abstract.SimpleImmutableEntry requires API 9.
