Update jvm_props to jvm_args in wiki #706

The variable name was changed in PR 4.

But the Wiki Quick Setup still uses the old name.

Please update the Wiki to use jvm_args. I tried to find if I can send a PR for this, but seems like Wiki cannot be forked by external users. If I have missed something & if it'd help if I send a PR, please point to how I can do it & I'll be happy to raise a PR too.
