Enable to see data under task on dr.elephant UI. #710

I have setup dr.elephant on my mapr env. We have spark version 2.3 running on cluster. After starting dr.elephant we can see applications on UI. But when we not able to see more details about on ui after clicking on Spark Configuration. Please find the attachment. I have complied the dr.elephant using below branch. https://github.com/ShubhamGupta29/dr-elephant/tree/finalspark23
