Lower Python version requirement to allow 3.8.10 #120

Hi Greykite Team, It seems that greykite 0.5.1 ONLY support python 3.10+. Which is great and we are excited to use python 3.10! However, lots of other packages we use are not that advanced yet and does not currently support python 3.10. We were wondering if it is possible that we could loosen the python version requirement to allow lower versions of python, say 3.8.10? Thank you!

Hi @KathyGCY Unfortunately we no longer provide support for <3.10. Many new dependencies now require 3.10. Python 3.10 was released almost 2 years ago and we decided to upgrade.
