IRI for local catalog not preserved when switching modes #135

When I set a dataset URL for LKOD, and switch back to NKOD and back to LKOD, the dataset IRI is lost - rewritten by the blank node identifier _:ds. It should be preserved, even though not used in NKOD mode.
