When I edit a dataset, which has an non-existent eurovoc concept, e.g. http://eurovoc.europa.eu/6984, the Eurovoc field seems to be empty, but in the summary, the wrong concept appears (it is in the data model).
We need to either
1) remove the incorrect IRIs
2) display them, enable users to delete them
