Missing label in the DCAT-AP component #324

The date picker for the issued data in the DCAT-AP Dataset component is missing a label:

Tested with the latest develop version 97ccd897017234d43823fcd31053dc6e512657ec.

The label or this component is displayed when there is no value as you can see with the other date picker.

I see. However, this way of labelling is confusing when you are editing already filled in configuration (e.g., from a colleague).
