R04: IRI dereferencing

Ability to load RDF data by dereferencing IRIs using HTTP content negotiation and accepting all RDF 1.1 serializations:

• [ ] RDF/XML
• [ ] Turtle
• [ ] TriG
• [ ] N-Triples
• [ ] N-Quads
• [ ] RDFa
• [ ] JSON-LD

Again, consider a dereferencing service, which would be used by all LP tool and use only one serialization.
