Currently the meta types/categories, WHO / WHAT / WHERE, are inferred from the NERD type or DBpedia type (in the ET application logic). However since these types are not always correct, the resulting meta type therefore is also sometimes inaccurate.
In order to allow editors to correct the meta types, it should be possible to store the meta type in the LinkedTV ontology.
Next to this, it might be very well possible that for different applications the current meta types (WHO/WHAT/WHERE) are not applicable. When updating the ontology, the object type for storing the meta type should be very generic (the semantics of this type should reflect a means to categorize NE types on a high level).
