New annotation process for Art Objects in TKK episodes #3

For art objects, we need a new type of RDF annotation which instantiates an entity of type AAT Art Object and derives its properties and values from entities extracted in the video chapter in which the object occurs. See http://www.linkedtv.eu/wiki/index.php/Creating_rich_descriptions_of_cultural_artefacts_out_of_a_TV_program Assuming WP1 can provide temporal boundaries for an art object in the episode, WP2 needs a TKK specific Tv2RDF which can generate descriptions of those objects.

Since it seems we can't rely on WP1 automatic segmentation to tell us the temporal fragment containing one distinct art object it seems this only becomes possible at the curation stage wherre an editor can create a chapter specifically to cover an art object. Michiel also already suggested to tackle this with manual preparation of the art object descriptions in this phase, but this still leaves open the question of Editor Tool support. If it directly generates the RDF and stores it in the Platform then WP2 is, for now, out of the loop for this issue :)
