Add a Support + Training page #1074

Make it similar to https://prometheus.io/support-training/

I'll see if I can get a CNCF TechDocs team member to help with this. The idea is to improve the page by listing https://www.edx.org/course/introduction-to-service-mesh-with-linkerd and anything else we can point too that offers linkerd training.

Essentially this would replace the "Enterprise" page now.
