Translate website #633

I would like to know if there are any plans for translation of the site, because I would like to help in the translation of the site, first because I am studying a lot about the Service Mesh Theme, and would enjoy contributing with the documentation. Viewing the HUGO Doc (https://gohugo.io/functions/i18n/) has support for translation.
