Loop recording broken. #56

Open ofcaah opened 7 years ago

Once recording reaches limit for a disk, it stops and there's "cannot find hdd" error on console. Also the slider for setting limit is broken. I have a test 74GB disk, and cannot move slider to any limit lower than 46GB. This happens since first OpenCVR versions, even before it became client-server, and it's annoying :)

It looks exactly like this. 2016/08/01 00:46:12 [V]: Max Length Reached ! 2016/08/01 00:46:12 [V]: Update record ID 72922 End 2016/08/01 00:46:12 [V]: R:\vidstor64\mdb\1\19372334-3c13-46f2-85d3-412536b7722b.vm Lock ref 1 2016/08/01 00:46:13 [V]: Can not find HDD 2016/08/01 00:46:13 [V]: Recording loop mode 2016/08/01 00:46:13 [V]: Find a used block R:\vidstor64\mdb\1\f66a4cbc-24f7-4e67-b26d-1634da9336c5.vm 2016/08/01 00:46:13 [V]: R:\vidstor64\mdb\1\f66a4cbc-24f7-4e67-b26d-1634da9336c5.vm Lock ref 0 2016/08/01 00:46:13 [V]: Add record ID 72926

I checked it again now, and it managed to play back a recording from 5 minutes ago, but when I scrolled back to a time one hour ago or so, server crashed.

How many camera you use? all onvif ?

ofcaah commented 7 years ago

4; yes, all ONVIF.

Answering your question from other issue, which you apparently misplaced:

No, just kept scrolling the scrollbar and after reaching point in time which was about one hour ago, server just crashed. I wasn't watching the recording for an hour if that's what you mean.

I think for the loop record, it is OK. but for the crash issue, could you help give me a snapshot of the crash ?
