CLI 'can send 0 0 0' can't work on windows #17

can send 0 0 0 thread 'main' panicked at 'range end index 64 out of range for slice of length 0', driver\src\lib.rs:100:38

quite simple to reproduce

  1. Install cargo and driver 0.1.0
  2. plug in CANtact pro
  3. can --help looks ok
  4. can send 0 0 0
