Add URI prefix synonyms from the Bioregistry #56

This pull request enables adding URI prefix synonyms from the Bioregistry.

This is also running into the wikidata issue mentioned in #49, so the URI prefix synonyms added have the same "skip" rule as for CURIE prefix synonyms
