This is an open-source project and constructive pull requests from anyone are welcome. However before submitting such a request to make changes to the main repository of a project it is considered polite to learn about the project and demonstrate some knowledge of what kinds of contributions are welcome. You can find out more about this project by looking at the main webpage and looking over the issues or , and of course by installing and experimenting with Links itself.

Your pull request consists of a single file named RUNITSAWANT which appears to contain a small HTML template. Your pull request descripotion consists of what also appears to be some HTML with no explanation of what the pull request is meant to do, why it would improve this project or any existing issues already identified or problems you have experienced with Links the pull request would remedy. On the face of it (as @dhil said more pithily) this PR looks an awful lot like something automatically generated.
