Assuming that that is even possible. If not, it would be quite nice to bookmark with Ctrl+D still :)

What do you mean by this?, You mean with a command/hotkey to bookmark instead of going to the extension and click?

May be I should open a separate ticket for it, but is there a hotkey to save Bookmart to Linkwarden? Using a mouse is pretty annoying sometimes.

You can with Ctrl+Shift+F on the most recent version i just pushed on dev branch, It will open the pop up to save the link.
