Feature request: Add option to always show Tags option #71

Using Linkwarden I normally sort what I'm saving into a collection, but I always select a tag. For my workflow, it would be a lot more seamless if I wasn't required to select 'More Options' every time I want to add a tag. Here's some potential solutions sorted by most ideal solution first.

  1. Add toggles in the extensions 'Options Configuration' menu for each extra field (e.g. Tags, Name, Description). To enable or disable what is shown by default and not hidden in 'More Options'.

  2. Add a toggle in the extensions 'Options Configuration' menu to always show the 'More Options' settings (e.g. Tags, Name, Description).

  3. Remember the 'More Options' visibility state. If a user has previously selected 'More Options', the next time the user interacts with the extension, 'More Options' settings should already be visible. Less ideal solution.
