Coons patch mesh renders incorrectly. #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to 
http://lumi-read.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/PDF_smoketest/pdf/shade_via and 
download shade_via_1.3_006.pdf.
2. Open in Chrome and in Acrobat
3. View the render differences for the gradient curves.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Rendering should match. 
Actual: See attached image. It looks like PDFIUM is rendering the curves in 
reverse order, causing an inverted render.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest Chrome 39, OS X, Windows, Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
