Parallelize testing/tools/run_corpus_tests.py #210

testing/tools/run_corpus_tests.py currently run tests sequencially, which if 
fine because we have a small test corpus. If/when we get more test PDFs in the 
future, we may want to consider parallelizing the tests so they run faster.
