Incorrect rendering of endobj_bug_weirdWS.pdf #213

The endobj keyword parsing in PDFium is too strict and the 
endobj_bug_weirdWS.pdf test case that I'm checking into the testing corpus in 
https://codereview.chromium.org/1403463003 fails.
