pdfium doesn't render large images for some documents in the latest release version of Chrome (39) #84

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the attached PDF in Acrobat Reader (OR Chrome 38) on Windows. Take 
notice of the background image (the space station)
2. Open the attached PDF in Chrome 39 on Windows. Take notice of missing 
background image

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting to see background image

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome 39 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
