Location not working #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Finding location on google maps
2. Updating weather on a location setting for beautiful widgets
3. Using any program that tries to find location

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see my location but instead get a message that says location not 
found.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2

Will the all in one fix, location through cell phone towers does not work, and 
will not find gps location
