No lock screen when opening with keyboard #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn off Droid screen 
2. Open keyboard 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?lock screen expected but 
goes straight to your homepage 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Miui on Droid

I actually thought this was a feature rather than an issue. Does anyone know if 
it was intentional?
