Dataset list UI update #103

@slinnarsson, I wrote down that you find it a bit frustrating that you can't quickly see which projects are currently being undertaken. So I'm updating the list UI again. Basically, I'm bringing back a little bit of the old system. It now first separates per project, and each project is collapsible:
