Removing aggregation from modules #105

Removing the references to aggregation, as we're planning to have this handled by webpack. Taking this as a step towards simplifying meanio for 0.9.0

This may make 0.9.0 unusable in the short term, because there's no testing we won't know. But this is intended as a non-functional step towards cleaning the code.
