Document hidden linode-linode actions/options #37

Goal: To document linode-linode create's --imageid option in its help / man page. The README already has the description, but for some reason they're not in the man page markup, which confused me when I was trying to look for it. While I'm at it, I also added the rest of the undocumented actions (disk-list through image-delete).
