Remove duplicate "Parent and Child Accounts" doc #6927

This PR removes the duplicate "Parent and Child Accounts for Akamai Partners" guide. Specifically, it deletes the copy of the guide that exists within the "Guides" section and retains the copy that exists in the product documentation section. Additionally, an alias has been added so that anyone navigating to the original link is redirected to the page in product docs.
