I have Linorobot compiling for ESP32: https://github.com/rosmo-robot/linorobot2_hardware
I couldn't get IMU 91250 compiling though and had to update https://github.com/rosmo-robot/linorobot2_hardware/blob/galactic/firmware/lib/imu/I2Cdev.cpp to the latest version of the library.
MicroROS needs this version: https://github.com/micro-ROS/micro_ros_platformio#405700324b4bd1feaf6ab9cc218a818e621302a7
