rename "galactic" branch to "main" or "master" #41

@grassjelly The default branch being "galactic" no longer makes sense - renaming the default branch to "main" or "master" and targeting ROS2 Rolling will mean that feature development always stays up to date with ROS, and will allow a real "galactic" branch to be created. I cannot figure out how to submit a PR that requests this change, so I think as the maintainer you may have to do it in the branch settings. I will submit a PR that fix any CI references this may break as soon as this is completed, and plan to fix any issues with the other branches.
