[Bug]: Fail to package #169

What happened?

Whenever I run repackage the project, It's tell it can't compile or download the necessary files. Here is an photo of the error

In this case, I go the IDE settings and go to project structure. In this case, my version of JDK is 9 so I change in to JDK 17. This will help this error and it successfully package.
