IBM.Data.DB2.iSeries DLL #3

It would be nice if this could support the DB2 for iSeries dll available from https://www.nuget.org/packages/IBM.Data.DB2.iSeries/ in your redist folder https://github.com/linq2db/linq2db.LINQPad/tree/master/Redist/IBM

We plan to release 2.4.0 this week on Thursday, after this we will release updated LINQPad integration.

I'll check the DB2iSeries provider against 2.4.0 once it is released and, assuming everything checks out ok, I'll publish an updated package.

I've uploaded v2.4.0.1 of the iSeries provider package to NuGet so it should be available shortly.
