[CLOSED] PSL in Maven Central Repository #223

Can we get PSL in the Maven central repository (https://mvnrepository.com/)? This would make it so people don't have to have as custom a pom. We could back-add all the old stuff.

The main issue would probably be the external dependencies that we host (https://linqs-data.soe.ucsc.edu/maven/repositories/psl-thirdparty/). So #64 will probably be a pre-req to this.

Guidelines:

We would have to figure out how to do canary builds.

All the changes have been made. We should be all set. Next canary will be the first one.

CANARY-2.2.3 (edeb64a8ac1ef796a54e2ec2161a8276b3f7c8b1) has been released on maven central.
