bootstrap_for_ember is deprecated #34

Would be great to get rid of the dependency. Ideally this lib lets you import @bootstrap so you could customize variables first, too.

What do you think? If you agree on general direction I'd be happy to start helping.

Yeah, bootstrap_for_ember is certainly an odd child. I feel like it should be completely rewritten for ember-cli. Depending on how Foundation for Apps shakes out, and the release of Bootstrap 4, I might take a shot at this myself.
