ember-cli 0.0.41 is not yet available.

ember-cli-bootstrap requires ember-cli version 0.0.41 or greater.

This is less of an issue now that 0.0.41 has been released

Restricting this to ember-cli 0.0.41 was intentional (though, probably a bit premature). I needed a fix that was on ember-cli master and was expecting 0.0.41 to be released a little sooner. Thanks though!
