Pull documentation update from @jrwiebe

Discussed with @ianmilligan1, we should move these guides into the Warcbase Wiki. I've gone ahead and created a placeholder page here: https://github.com/lintool/warcbase/wiki/Building-and-Running-Warcbase-Under-OS-X

We should merge/integrate what's here: https://github.com/jrwiebe/warcbase/blob/master/README.OSX.md

with what's here: https://github.com/ianmilligan1/WAHR/blob/master/walkthroughs/Warcbase-on-OSX.md

And it's done. There was nothing really to merge, as the two documents differed only by an added byline.
