Tweaking documentation for "Building and Running Warcbase Under OS X" #132

There's really two parts of Warcbase:

  1. Analysis with Pig
  2. HBase, OpenWayback integration, etc.

A historian can use the first without the second, and in fact, is probably more interested in the first. We should make this clear in: https://github.com/lintool/warcbase/wiki/Building-and-Running-Warcbase-Under-OS-X
