Warcbase Resources Repository

We should create a Warcbase Resources repository to hold additional files (perhaps warcbase-resources), such as NER Classifiers and other things that users will need to run but without cluttering up the original repo.

To keep usernames consistent between the two repos, do you want to create it @lintool and add us as collaborators? I can populate the README.md and include Stanford as a beginner. We could also include a more robust sample ARC/WARC file.
