Deprecate loadWarc and loadArc in favour of loadArchives #200

Since we now have loadArchives, which detects ARC or WARC input and processes appropriately, I think we could go ahead an replace loadArc and loadWarc with the new function in all the documentation. I recommend we leave the original functions in Warcbase, though.
