visualization: add file menu #262

Adding a file menu to show list of json files under data/ folder as part of request in https://github.com/aliceranzhou/warcbase2017w/issues/3. Allows selecting any one of json file from data/ directory, instead of restricted to /data/graph.json file.

I just tried this and it works like a charm!
