File opens in notepad and doesn't download #92

When i download the acst file, i just get 100000 lines of gibberish in notepad. How to i download the acst properly Screenshot (1) ?

Try right click the link and use "Save Link As.." option to save it as a file on disk instead of directly open it. 7-zip or other archiver apps will be needed to extract 7z package.
