Changed case from 'Fapolicyd' to 'fapolicyd' + fixed a typo in manpage #235

I think "Fapolicyd" is not appropriate and should be renamed in "fapolicyd" (all lowercase). At least this should be consistent.

I'm on the fence with this once. When talking about the daemon, capitalization is OK. When talking about the command, no - must be lower case. I accept the suggestion for the man page. The rest, I don't know.
