Create a release and make the repostiory public

The manuals assume a v0.1 release. We should create one.

If the first release is not named v0.1 the following documents need updating:

• [x] ethmux-M01
• [x] lxatac_can_io-M01

After making this repo public we should also do the following steps:

• [x] Publish documentation to where ever it should be published to
• [x] Remove troubleshooting-section from README and delete the file
• [x] Add links to the documentation in the REAMDE

External handbooks have been updated, README has been updated. Branches have been cleared. Closing this issue.
