Replace occurences of the word "baudrate" with the word "bitrate" #3

According to Marc to usage of the word "bitrate" is more common in the CAN-universe than the word "baudrate".

I am surprised that the term bitrate it that widely used for CAN. I my opinion, since not every symbol on the wire corresponds to a bit, this is technically a baudrate.

But since bitrate was even used in the standard i am fine with this change.
